You Need a Travel Planner. Trust Me.

We know, we know. Two agents telling you why you should use an agent. Hang with us, though, okay? We get it, it sounds too good to be true. We’re going to lay it ALL on the table.


It’s Free, Y’all. You don’t pay for our services. Really. Here’s the story; you pay for an agent whether or not you use one. If you DON’T use a travel agent, their commission goes right back to the supplier. If you DO use an agent, the supplier pays them directly and you are supporting a small business. Truly, we’re not buying a new sports car with our commission checks, though. We really just love planning ALL the vacations.


Promotion Savvy. We watch for promotions to save you money. Some suppliers will let us apply a promotion to an existing reservation, as long as you’re not paid in full yet and qualify for said promotion. We get communication from suppliers when promotions are released so we’ll usually hear about them, apply them to your reservation, and save you money before you even finish that morning cup of coffee. Did I mention we do this free of charge?


Reservations. Want a hard-to-get dining reservations? We know the insider tips and tricks to get you in. We’ll even log on at 6am EST to snag the reservations if you’d rather sleep in. Same goes with Fast Passes.


We Have Insider Info. We have subscriptions to services that help us track crowd calendars, dining reservation openings, itinerary suggestions, etc. We pass these tips on to our clients.


We’re Your Advocate. Something will come up before, during or after your trip. If you need to adjust your schedule during your trip to catch an earlier dining reservation, would you rather sit on the phone or go ride Dumbo while your agent does it for you? Need to add a day to your trip to extend the magic? Yeah, we can do that, too. Something happen that isn’t so magical? We’ll handle it.


Pixie Dust. We send you free stuff. Whether it be gifts, gift cards, or something else, we always thank our clients for supporting our small business. Who doesn’t love free stuff?!


We’re Organized. Have a million things going on at home and work and just CAN’T with another thing on the list? We’re here. We have timelines and deadlines on our radar and will let you know when we need you. Does that freak you out? We can plan side-by-side (and LOVE doing it) if that’s how you roll.


We’re Passionate. Seriously. We love what we do. Until we win the lottery we’re not planning to travel 24/7. Planning other families’ vacations is the next best thing!


We’re Budget-Conscious. Give us your budget and we’ll make it our mission to keep you on it. We can give you tips to enhance your trip if the budget is a little more flexible, or we can give you a handful of suggestions on ways to save up and save money if that’s more your style.


Hiatt Magical Vacations is a small, family-owned travel agency based out of Indiana. As of today, we’re 25+ agents strong and are a solid team. We all know each other, travel together, support each other and are PASSIONATE about our jobs.
